The young man that took care of my rental was very professional and polite. He was able to answer all of my questions. When I couldnit fit large luge in car. He readily switch me to another car in the same class category that had a bigger trunk. On return he was just as professional. It was a great experience to receive good customer service! I will definetly rent from this location again!!
